I Pledge
TO CONTRIBUTE:
Service: To contribute time and service to isolated elders, those nearing the end of life, caregivers, and organizations that serve them (as I am able); to advocate on their behalf, as I am led.

Money: To contribute financially to an organization that works for the well-being of older adults by giving a monthly or yearly pledge (of any amount) and to encourage others to do the same.

TO LEARN:
To educate myself about old age, older persons, and issues affecting older people. To notice older people around me and to reflect on images of youth and age in popular literature and the media; to share my reflections with others.

TO PREPARE:
To prepare for my own old age, including to work for my physical, mental, and spiritual well-being; to make end of life decisions
